Welcome to 2012 and Retail Points very first newsletter!   Our aim for the Retail Point newsletter is for it to be a source of information which will keep our clients properly informed on exciting new developments taking place with RMS and Dinerware in 2012.   We must begin with the Most Exciting bit of news, which is Retail Point winning our 3rd consecutive Retail Realm Best RMS Verticle Reseller for 2011 EMEA region. A Big Thank You must be sent to all our clients for helping us achieve this honour and together we are certain that the year ahead will achieve even greater success.

 

Highlights for the year ahead

 

Retail Point is gearing up for RMS Next Generation and all our clients that have kept up their STD A Enhancement Fees with Microsoft will benifit from the new Service Pack and product updates, scheduled to be released in the coming months.

Colin will be attending the much anticipated, Retail Realm Las Vegas Conference taking place from the 27 to 29 January 2012, where a number of exciting new products will be exhbited.
 
Some of the products that Colin will be focusing on at the conference will be Microsoft's future enhancement plans for RMS, finding a suitable Loyalty solution, Website options and mobile marketing.
